As we belongs to Steel Industry. So, a Steel Industry should facilitate with all type & skill of Men & Machinery with an addition to other helping Conventional Machinery like Shaper, Plainer, Lathe, Cutters, Grinders etc.

We are facilitated with our own well equipped In-house manufacturing facilities for approximately all the components required by us related to Chainwheel Crank Set, Pedal Assembly, Brake Assembly, Lamp Bracket & Sprockets & other miscellaneous components.

We are having various Power Presses & Hydraulic Presses ranging from 10 Tonne to 300 Tonnes of their capacity. Press shape work-pieces without cutting away material, that is, without making chips (in the case of Bend Crank). Bending is a typical operation performed and occurs by a machine pressing, or applying direct pressure, to the material and forcing it to change shape. A press brake is a typical machine for this operation.

A press consists of a frame supporting a stationary bed, a ram, a power source, and a mechanism that moves the ram in line with or at right angles to the bed. Presses are equipped with dies and punches designed for such operations as forming, punching, and shearing. Presses are capable of rapid production because the operation time is that needed for only one stroke of the ram.

Cutting, Blanking, Punching, Serration, Bending, Designing, Teeth Cutting, Chipping, Stamping, Straightening etc. are the various critical operations which we are performing & maintaining to get the optimum output in regards to Quality & Quantity.
