Laboratory services has evolved throughout the quality procedure and we now have the capability of perform several types of testing procedures that many of our clients have confident to our quality supplies. We perform simple testing procedures such Alkalinity, pH, Conductivity, Chloride, Iron etc. at our production premises.

Our Laboratory is equipped with latest apparatus & other inspection facilities, which helps us to check whether the desired material is up to the mark or ranging outside the desired results. A laboratory (often abbreviated lab) is a place where scientific research and experiments are conducted. Instead of keeping advance infrastructure we are also facilitated our chemists with basic requirements like exhaust, sink, table, fire extinguisher etc. Toxic and hazardous chemicals are safely handled in a fume hood. This reduces, and usually eliminates, the risk of inhalation of toxic gases produced by the reaction of chemicals.

When our chemists perform experiments & regular checkups in the laboratory they use pure phases and sterile reagents. Impure chemicals undergo purification first, then are used in an experiment; non-sterile reagents are first autoclaved before use. Impure, and non sterile reagents interfere with experiments causing undesired results which can effect our quality of the products.

Other common laboratory equipment includes centrifuges to remove solid particles from a liquid, or create a density gradient, spectrophotometers, Clamp Meter, Burette, Pipette, Flask, Tubes Etc. are also so important. While there is a typical set of glassware used for conducting various experiments, other laboratories have different requirements and arrangements.

Our laboratory is designed for processing & analyzing the data, such as thickness, durability, deposit of metal onto the component, chemical checkups, inspections, chemical composition etc. In this regards, we are having our own ASS Chamber (Salt Spray Test) & BNF Jet Apparatus to process many samples and numerous tests. Research and experimentation is not a priority in these laboratories; the aim is to give a fast and reliable result.
