Company History

The foundation of this company was laid by Lt. Shri Dharam Paul Sharma in the year 1957 by targeting the local markets with QUALITY BICYCLE PARTS. Because of our Quality Vision & Promptness towards our customers, we achieved a valuable platform in the Industry. By seeing good future & scenario in Industry we decided to serve the society by our best.

By attaining honorable position towards our worthy customers and by their keen interest in our progress they (THE WORLD'S BICYCLE LEADERS) forwarded their hands to join them as a partner i.e. T.I. CYCLES OF INDIA (A UNIT OF MURUGAPPA GROUP), HERO CYCLES LIMITED, AVON CYCLES, ATLAS CYCLES & many more.

It was not easy to serve them by a good Quality, Quantity & Commitment, So we started to build our own infrastructure. Step by step we started different varieties & models of Pedal Assemblies, Chain wheel Crank Sets, Complete Brake Assemblies (Caliper & Standard), Lamp Brackets, B-Cartons (Kit) and Motorcycle Sprockets & at the End Complete Bicycle Range for our worthy Cutomers. We started all the product range in our Brands Like “GAUR” , “Yuva” & “BEACON”

We have performed and we are moving forward with responsibility, honesty & dedication within the frame work of consistency by keeping in mind that we are a part of our customer in achieving milestones day by day.
