Axle Machining

These Forged Steel Blocks then given to Axle Machining Department for machining. The department which is well equipped with the advance upgraded mechanical machines & other helping tools, dies & cutters etc. The stage wise machining is done by keeping in mind the critical parameters of the Products & Customer Requirements. The different mechanical processes are straitening, Head Turning, Knurling, Rolling, Tail Turning, Spanner Sizing, Head Reducing, Tail Reducing, Length Sizing, Tail Threading, Slot Making & Head Threading etc. are done in a standardized way. The stage wise inspection of the product is monitored & checked by our Qualified Quality Control Cell (Q.C. Cell).
