Crank Machining

Machine Tools, stationary power-driven machines used to shape or form solid materials, especially metals. The shaping is accomplished by removing material from a work-piece or by pressing it into the desired shape. Machinery is divided into Two Categories Conventional & Unconventional.

(I) The Machinery we are using falls under Conventional Category. Instead of the basic machinery likewise Lathe, Milling Machine, Planer, and Shaper etc.(Helping Tools & Machinery). We are using Standardized & Special Machinery for Quality & Bulk Production. A selection of machine & tools shows a variety of functions and methods of crafting a work-piece. In order to use power tools efficiently and safely, either the work-piece or the actual tool must be standardized.

In the case of Crank Machining some of the critical process which effect the quality of the products are taken & done carefully likewise Pedal Axle Hole Drilling, Cotter Pin Drilling, BB- Axle Hole Drilling, Turning, Grooving, Chamfering, Teeth Cutting, Teeth Serration & Threading. We are also using presses of different capacities especially for Bend Crank Models.

The standardization of these processes are critical for Quality & Quantity point of view, which is taken care by our Quality Control Cell through frequent Inspection & checkups.

(II) Unconventional Machines are not required for our processes. Unconventional machine tools employ light, electrical, chemical, and sonic energy; superheated gases; and high-energy particle beams to shape the exotic materials and alloys that have been developed to meet the needs of modern technology.
