Auto Black

Auto Blackening is the process, which we are doing for all models of Pedal Axle & Hub Axle which protects the components from Rust, Moisture, Corrosion & other external harms. In this process Caustic Soda & sodium nitrate is mixed in the ratio of 4:1 & Heated upto boiling Temperature. The critical parameters are taken into consideration by our Quality Control Cell.

We are doing this process Lot/Batch-wise. Which also help us to locate the batch if any problem appears. The Component is dipped in Hydrochloric Acid Tank for proper cleaning of the surface of the metal. After 2-3 minutes rinsing in running water to remove acidic deposit on it, then the material is into chemical composition of Auto Blackening for 30 minutes. These 30 minutes are freezed by our Quality Control Department after making so many trials to get excellent quality.

After getting sufficient deposition of the chemical compound, extra HCL rinsing is also required to get the finish surface & to smoothing the surface. Two three dips in running water makes the material ready to put into cutting oil (Fluids) which prevent the material free from Rust, Moisture & Corrosion to increase the material's durability.
